From South and West:
Take C-470 to US 6 West to Hwy 93(turns into Broadway in Boulder) North
to Baseline Road. Turn right onto Baseline and go East to Cherryvale.
Turn left onto Cherryvale and go about 1 mile to Arapahoe Rd.
Turn right on Arapahoe Road. Go East on Arapahoe about 4 Miles to Park
Lake Dr. Turn left on Park Lake Dr. and go North to 2500.
It’s most of the way down the street. On the right see
red brick ranch house with green siding on the south
end, huge 2 story white garage set back from street. You’ll see the
2500 on the garage above the garage doors.
OR: take Wadsworth
Blvd all the way North to Arapahoe Rd. Wadsworth will change to 121
then 287, just keep following it until you get to Arapahoe(Hwy 7 West)
(the 2nd light after Baseline Rd). Go West on Arapahoe to Park
Lake Drive, about 1/2 mile west of the next traffic light at 95th
Ave (Hwy 42). Turn right on Park Lake Dr. and go down to 2500, most
of the way down the street on the right. There will be signs indicating
the driveway.
OR: Take I-25
North to the Boulder Turnpike (US36). Take 36 to the Broomfield
exit. Turn right off the exit and go North on US 287 to Arapahoe
Road /Colo. Hwy 7. Turn left at the 2nd
light after Baseline/(Hwy 7 east) onto Arapahoe. You’ll go through
large stone pillars just after you turn West onto Arapahoe/ 7.
Go west on Arapahoe past the light at 95th/Hwy
42. In about ½ mile is Park Lake Dr. It is on the right
with flagstone pillars with gaslights on top and signs that say Park
Lake. Go right onto Park Lake Dr. to 2500 on the right.
Red brick ranch style house. Large 2 story white garage set
back from the street. It is most of the way down the street on the right.
Non-Interstate Route:
Take Wadsworth Blvd North. It will turn into Wadsworth Pkwy/Colo 121
and then will turn into US 287 at Broomfield. Keep following it
to Arapahoe Rd/Hwy 7 west, which is the next light
after Baseline. Turn left on Arapahoe and go West to Park
Lake Dr about ½ mile past the light at 95th.
Turn right on Park Lake Drive. 2500 most of the way down the street
on the right.
From the North:
Take I-25 South to the Hwy 7/Lafayette
exit. Go West on Hwy 7/Baseline Rd. through the North end
of Lafayette to US287. There is a Gas Station on the SE corner Bank
on NE cornerand a Walgreen’s on the NW corner. Go right/North
on 287 to the 2nd light, Arapahoe Road. Turn left on Arapahoe and go
West to Park Lake Dr about ½ mile west of the light at 95th.
Go right on Park Lake Dr. to 2500 most of the way down the street
on the right.
OR: Go South
on 287 to Arapahoe Rd. Turn Right on Arapahoe and go West to Park Lake
Dr. Or Go South on Hover Road/95th to Arapahoe
the next light past the 7-11 and bank on the left Turn right on Arapahoe
and go West 1/2mi to Park Lake Dr. Turn right onto Park Lake and go
most of the way down the street to 2500 on the right.
From Boulder: take
Arapahoe East to Park Lake Dr. Go left onto Park Lake and go down
to 2500. Or take Valmont Rd East to 75th
Ave. Turn right on 75th and go to Arapahoe.
Turn left on Arapahoe and go East to Park Lake Dr and turn left on Park
Lake Drive and go to 2500. Or Go East on Valmont
to 95th. Turn right on 95th
and go South to Arapahoe. Turn right on Arapahoe and go West
½ mile to Park Lake Drive. Turn right on Park Lake Drive.
2500 most of the way down the street on the right.
From Aurora/East/South:
Take I-225 North to I-70 West to I-270. Veer left and take Boulder
US 36 (not I-25 North) West to Broomfield exit. Go right onto
287 and follow North to Arapahoe Rd.(see directions above) Or
get onto I-25 North and go to 120th Ave. exit
and turn left and go West on 120th to 287go
right on the ramp287 north (just after Sill-Terhar Ford in Broomfield)
. Take 287 North to Arapahoe Rd. Go left/West on Arapahoe Rd.
about ½ mile to Park Lake Dr. 2500 most of the way down the street
on the right.
OR: Take Hwy
36 West to Interlocken exit. Turn right onto Interlocken and get in
the left lane. Turn left onto 96th at
the 2nd light. Last exit before toll
road. Follow 96
th North to Arapahoe (don’t be confused, it turns into 95th
after Baseline Road).Turn left on Arapahoe (next light after Baseline)
and go West ½ mile to Park Lake Drive.
OR: Take Hwy
7/Lafayette exit off I-25 and go West on 7/Baseline to 287. Go North
on 287 to Arapahoe Rd. Turn left/West on Arapahoe Rd. 2nd
light and go West to Park Lake Dr. Turn right on Park
Lake Drive and go most of the way down the street to 2500
on the right.
